Manchester art


Today was pretty great. Visited a number of gallerys around Manchester.
1st we visited was the Manchester art gallery. I regular visit myself, but enjoyed being able to share my views with other people who appreciate art.
2nd Cube, was not looking forward to this but found I enjoyed the little people and the stands which were made out of card board
3rd A exhibition at the Cornerhouse, by Rashid Rana, fantasic photography mixed with sculptures. Very clever with same great  and uniqu  ideas. Really thought provoking.
5th The Whitworth. Dark and light. Great exhibition, but was not able to collect photos.

 Ok freaked me out that this marble sculptor had smaily faces as eyes, it was put together in the late 18 centenary
