Portfolio, building involved alot of cleaning my work up... i am a messy artist, charcoal gets every were.. I am that kid in school who always had dirty hands.
other things i have done this month. Lots of ceramics again, a favourite medium of mine. I constructed a shell like sculptor and a few other things, however i am now wanting to go big..You know like 3ft at least abstract type sculptor.
Drawing has been a prominent feature this month. I have been to the History Museum a number of times to sketch some of the animals there. I was also invited along to a private life drawing session yesterday, yeap on a saturday, my main clay day, burt i will honest i loved it and i was very impressed with how my own drawings have developed over the last few months.. Its a good feeling when u look back..
Oh yeah,, this is a biggie, How could I forget.. I have been accepted at MMU to study fine art sculptor... YA DANCER.... so in a space of a year and a half I have gone from mild mannered worker, to discovering my bi polar to Student and now Uni student... I am looking forward to the next few yrs to see were my life journey leads, the piece to the side was an experiment with extruded clay...
